Many buyers are left without support when services are needed in their home, especially after the closing. Our team has worked with hundreds of contractors and we often know just the person you need. From connecting contractors to offering premium services you will only receive by working with our team, we have thought of every detail so you don't have to.
FINAL WALK-THROUGH
When both the buyer(s) and a witness can be present, schedule a final walk-through before you complete settlement in order to determine that the property being conveyed meets the expectations of all parties involved.
MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE MOVE & RENOVATIONS

Unless you have already sold your past residence or are buying a second home/investment property, you’ll need to be the “seller” for a current property while simultaneously being the “buyer” for your new one. If possible, schedule both transactions to close at the same time, or else close your purchase shortly after closing your sale. Don't worry we are here to guide you every step of the way.

“Under agreement” means a buyer and seller have accepted an offer and signed a purchase contract. The sale is pending, but not final. While the property is no longer actively for sale, backup offers may still be considered depending on the situation and we’ll always explore all angles for our clients.
