I’m Cola Su, and my story is one of love, legacy, and a deep belief that a home is more than walls, it’s where you find peace, purpose, and possibility. At DREAM Homes & Estates, I pour my heart into helping people find that place, a sanctuary where they can be their truest selves. My journey to real estate wasn’t just a career choice; it was a calling sparked by a lifetime of learning what it means to connect, understand, and uplift others.

DEEP
ROOTS
I grew up in Newcastle, Washington, in a house my grandfather built in 1966, a place brimming with love, wisdom, and the warmth of my white-Asian family. My mom, who’s Asian, brought a rich cultural lens to our home, teaching me to see and appreciate how beautifully different perspectives create a richer way of living, loving, and dreaming. My grandfather was a mathematician who helped NASA land humans on the moon in 1969, his calculations part of a triumph that changed the world. As a kid, I didn’t grasp the weight of his work, but I cherished his stories, not for his equations, but for his gentle smile. In his final years, illness stole his memories. I stayed by his side, watching a man who shaped history become a frail figure in the home he built, surrounded by medical tubes. But when I played the piano for him, his eyes would light up, and he’d call me “beautiful lady” in a fleeting moment of recognition. That music was our bridge, a way to hold onto his fading legacy, and it taught me how fragile and precious life is, and how connection can outlast even the deepest loss.
FAMILY
My family’s story stretches far beyond Washington. My grandmother’s ancestors arrived in Barnstable, Cape Cod, in 1634, and my great great … grandfather, Captain Robert Hatch, gave his life in the War of 1812. That legacy of resilience and courage still inspires me. Born after 2000, I grew up on the West Coast, Washington, Oregon, California, where the internet and economy reshaped everything. In Seattle, I saw neighborhoods shift, watched gentrification push people out, and witnessed both heaven and hell coexist in the same streets. I saw joy born tied to privilege and pain rooted in racial divides. Those contrasts sparked something in me, a fire I couldn’t name until later.
FINDING MY
PURPOSE
When I joined Boston University, I moved to the East Coast, stepped into a world where my grandmother’s family began, and where diversity painted every corner of the street. There, I learned to name what burned inside me for years. That fire is named empathy, empathy for others’ experiences, happiness and struggles. The differences I saw were diversity. The unfairness I wanted to change was a lack of equity. The discrimination I longed to end called for inclusion. I found my purpose: to listen and understand people deeply, respect their well-being, and create spaces where everyone feels valued. That’s the world I want for where we live, a place where differences are celebrated, and every voice matters.
WHY DREAM
Cape Cod’s quiet beauty and DREAM’ heart-driven mission called me to real estate. I was inspired by the founder Mariana Costa’s mission to help people find not just houses, but homes where dreams take root. I know how different we all are, our cultures, our stories, our needs. Every client brings their own unique lens, but I also know we share a universal longing for a place to belong. At DREAM, I pour my energy into listening to what matters to people, connecting and guiding them to homes that reflect who they are and what they cherish. Whether it’s a cozy cottage or a sprawling estate, I’m here to make the process feel like a journey toward possibility, not just a transaction.
